FFA Members Receive Jackets from Yuba Sutter Farm Burearu

We wanted to share the news that 6 of our FFA members earned a scholarship to receive their first FFA jacket thanks to the Yuba-Sutter Farm Bureau! These six young ladies were required to fill out an application and send in a video describing what the FFA jacket means to them. The FFA jacket is a symbol of not only the organization but being a part of something much larger than just being enrolled in an Ag class. It's a family. The members were also congratulated by two of the Caifornia State FFA Officers! They came to the ceremony as a surprise! It was definitely an exciting evening and we are extremely proud of these students for taking another step in becoming strong leaders in the agriculture industry. If you see any of the following students, please wish them congratulations! The six students were Kaitlan Oakes, Haley Duenas, Dani Nuttall, Danyelle Scott, Heidi Cheim, and Alyssa Aguirre.
Have a great evening and as always, thank you for the tremendous support of our program.
